I would like to update this thread. I just moved to a new apartment which is much better and my friend runs the resident so that's cool. But the thing is he had to block Piratebay from the router so we wouldn't get any charges by "Xfinity" or something. Anyone from the US knows how serious this issue is? Because I'm thinking of bypassing the block and torrent some shit but I don't want my friend to get charged lol. Maybe use of a VPN?

That is also very annoying. It's around 200 so it's not super high so I can't complain to the opponents in the game, but it surely makes me die a lot more in FPS's.
