Suggestion Title: Send images through text
Suggestion Description: Let us send images exactly the same way we can on Tooter, but through text messages.
Why should this be added?:
- Don't have to send them publicly
- Notifies the person without you needing their tooter handle
- Could be used during hostage situations to demonstrate proof of life
What negatives could this have?:
- Harder to moderate?
What problem would this suggestion solve?: When you want to send someone a picture, you either have to publicly post it on Tooter or send it to them OOC. This fixes that and lets people share images more naturally as well.
