Suggestion Title: Separate Storage Access & Key Access
Suggestion Description: Please make it so Storage Chest access and keys to doors are separate.

Why should this be added?:
- Removes Keyraiding (This shit should be bannable anyways imo under 2.5...)
- Means basing & owning a bazaar means you can give players access to the storage there, but not access to opening doors.
- Makes player and friend access more specific on who you "trust with doors" as oppose to the storage box inside properties.

What negatives could this have?:
- I do not see any negatives.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Keyraiding & The worry of being keyraided when being nice to other players.

Suggestion Title: Make keys and storage separate in buddy menu
Suggestion Description: At the moment,keys & storage are combined in f4 menu which sometimes is annoying. For example at bazar someone asked me for storage and then found out i live in projex 4 and keyraided me bcz i gave him storage at bazar,which is annoying.

Why should this be added?:
- QoL

What negatives could this have?:
- more buttons
- would be weird having storage but not keys to property

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People keyraiding when you gave them storage at bazar
