Server restart + Workbench

Description of the bug: The workbench is not considered owned by you when trying to craft something after a server restart, when obviously you placed it down and own it.

How to reproduce the bug: Place a workbench, restart the server, try to craft something. I specifically tried crafting a bookcase.

Fixed.

Issue was that the entity was not considered a workbench upon respawn by the crash restore system.
