Shift Key annoyance

Heya.

So idk where this was supposed to be, so I put it here. Does anyone know how to fix this thing on windows, when you hold Shift for a certain amount of time, it'll give you a Beep sounds and then you can't type, or hardly do anything at all other than just watching your screen.
If this can be deactivated I would love to get help from someone who knows how to fix this, cause it's starting to get pretty annoying..

Turn off sticky keys, Turn off filter keys, disable on screen keyboard and just check your keyboard itself.

If sticky keys isn't working you could try disabling your internal speaker in the Device Manager. Pretty sure its listed as beep

That's only gonna stop the beeping however - another method is to open up Regedit >> HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> Control Panel >> Accessibility

@Niko It was indeed Filter Keys

Press shift 5 times so the box comes up, click the blue text then on the settings page it takes you to untick the box that says "Allow the shurtcut key to start Sticky Keys"
