Suggestion Title: Shooting range mission
Suggestion Description: Add a phone mission for new players where they get to use each category of weapon once for free at the shooting range
Why should this be added?:
- New players get to see which guns are good for them
- Makes sense as perp weapons are unique.
What negatives could this have?:
