Show off topic threads on "whats new"

Description of the idea: Have off topic threads show on the whats new tab.

Why should this be added? (pros): If you are checking whats new, you want to see all the new threads, whats the point of not having off topic on it.

What negatives could this have? (cons): None

My thread died the moment it got 2 replies, I'm honestly just going to post somewhere else if it doesn't get any one else looking at it including other threads I've made where I tried getting recommendations for new hardware [1] [2]. This whole change about what thread and reply pops up where is just annoying, why did they even change it. It's not even that bad of a spam.

@Shiwo If I recall correctly, there were like 3 posts made that were retarded and the shoutbox was filled with replies so notifications for off topic were disabled on the shoutbox and the what's new thingy.
Personally I am against disabling shoutbox notifications on any forum thread apart from ARs or Ban Appeals as well but this suggestion is for what's new.

It would be nice to see somthing els than 'Action Request' or 'Warning Dispute' when you open the whats new tab.
