Ski masks

i want to bring up lukes idea about ski masks again
to keep an overview i have to create a new topic:

Topic:
Ski Masks

Short explanation:
-add a buyable/craftable ski mask
-when you wear it your face is hidden
->your name tag will disappear

Detailed description:
Increased realism.
Able to rob the bank without having to kill witnesses.
Able to commit crimes without being worried about witnesses.
Able to hide without people being able to find you because of your name tag.

Optional additions:
-ski masks are illegal in public
-Would work well as other accessories could also be put-on and removed at will; they would be stored in the inventory, and would take time to take-off and put-on

Also, When robbing the bank I have seen cops just look at the car names that drive away and then search for that person. For Example, "Owned by Trevor Smith" and they will then search around for Trevor Smith just because they saw the car name. If the owner of the car is wearing a mask, maybe is should disguise their car details as well. (Not Very Practical but Suggestions would be great)
