Skyrim- Hearthfire Bug.

Hey everyone! I've recently started playing the Hearthfire DLC, and I got the house Lakeview Manor near Falkreath.
Problem is, when I go to build my house, the workbenches, chests, etc. Are all under the map, making it so I have to type "tcl" into console to go noclip, then build that way.
Doing that is, really, a pain in the ass, especially since sometimes tcl just refuses to work
So is there any way to fix this glitch? Any way to move the workbenches? Or am I just stuck with it?
Please help me here.

Verify the validity of your game files and make sure you have no mods possibly in conflict.

To verify the validity of your game files, right click the game in the steam library and press properties, an option will appear.

If this doesn't work, I'd suggest downloading the unofficial hearhfire patch, and the skyrim patch, which is needed for the heartfire patch to work;
