Smoking looks cool. But not in Perp.

Topic: Make the cigarettes last longer



Short explanation (in notes):
- Make each cigarette last longer.
- Hold down M1 makes you smoke. M2 throws it away.
- Maybe last for 30 seconds.
- More smoke clouds than just one and that's it.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
The smoking animation doesn't look cool. It's too short. I know they're a waste of cash, but "they make you look cool". But no one just takes a short blow, then throws it away. Beeing able to smoke longer would be more realistic, look cooler and would save us more money.



Optional additions:
- Maybe make the player couch at random after smoking?

Smoking looks and feels like suicide. I honestly think this is a waste of @StephenPuffs time, as he has far more important stuff to do than something that is just for looks. This does no good for the server, and people don't really smoke in perp that often.

To be honest, I believe that the smoking is great right now, I mean why would someone want it "cooler" and what do you even mean by that @Frozen...
