@Smudger because of the amazing performance as a staff member in a sit we had today.
We had multiple people in a sit and he took his time and remained calm while he was questioning us seperately, managed to deal with the situation in less than 5 minutes that might have taken another staff member probably more time to do.
All of the people in that sit were I believe happy with how fluently he dealt with it.
