So this just happened...

So today I tried to launch steam and accidentally ended up deleting it I managed to get it back somehow but everything was fucked up and so I had to delet it and I couldn't reinstall it because it said the file destination must be empty I tried to change it around but with no luck, I am trying a system restore from yesterday should this get things back to normal? If not has anyone got a resolution to this, I really appreciate all the help I can get I will try and pay some people back if anyone can help.

Well im not sure if this helps but I think it's worth a try;

First uninstall all games via steam (right click on it and then Uninstall). After that uninstall Steam. And then try to download a new steam installer and install everything again. As I said I don't know if it will help you but it's worth a try.

Note: Do this on your own risk since im not really an expert when it comes to this.
