[SOLVED] A broken supervisor (well not broken)

I have noticed that my Supervisor Application has been accepted, however the thread is gone forever and no message has been received.
I have noticed the application board has changed, so I'm not sure if I have to apply again.
Seeming as my application has gone into the abyss, here is the only proof I have:

Same here, no message yet but that is because I believe the Stage 2 scenarios are being rewritten. If this is wrong, then bash me in the head please.
