When i try to join the server i got this

You need to join the queue server, open console and type "connect perpheads.com:27018"

If console is not enabled, head down into options > advanced options > enable developer console.
Then what you need to do is hit the "~" button on your keyboard to toggle the console, and then type "connect perpheads.com:27018"

Connect to the IP Address that is displayed on the image.
