[SOLVED] PC website not working

Hi all,
I'v got a problem where the PH website is not working on my PC, but it does work on my phone. After speaking with @SpaceShots he has told me that he can access the website from his PC, so I was wondering if anyone could help.
When I type in perpheads.com. com on my PC it comes up "Hmm, we can't reach this page." If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
