Don't you think the reason why he started shooting you was that he thought you were trying to run him over? Even from your POV, it looks like you were trying to cause damage to him - since there wasn't any logical reason why you would reverse back to push the vehicle behind you.

What do you mean I was trying to run him over? I told the guy behind me to stop honking at me because this sweater tried randomly asking to help shoot cops or whatever the fuck he was asking, I pushed the car behind me back and he pulls out his gun, says nothing and shoots at me. What do you mean? He shouldn't be in the road regardless - you can see him trying to jump on the car, not my fault he pulls a gun and tries to shoot me over after I clearly was speaking to the driver behind me. this is clear 2.5
