Suggestion Title: Speedo meter show speed limit of current road
Suggestion Description: i would like to add to this suggestion https://perpheads.com/threads/speedometers.71720/ ,
that the digital speedometer show the speed limit,
This should be optional or a separate speedometer because it looks cool and it is very helpful for civilians (similar to modern GPS systems like Waze or newer car dashboards), this might also be helpful if intergraded to Police cars as well ( especially RTU ).
Why should this be added?:
For Civilians: It looks modern and cool, it also help players to stay in the speed limit if they dont know the speed limit in the street and avoid tickets, it also makes the players avoid trying to find the speed limit sign and focus on driving.
For Police: If integrated into Police cars, this would be a massive quality-of-life improvement. Officers could instantly know the speed limit of the road they are in and compare it to the players speed Infront of them without needing to memorize every street's limit.
What negatives could this have?:
-Hud Clutter. ( we can make it either Optional or a button to turn it on and off )
-A lot of dev work and we might encounter Bugs
What problem would this suggestion solve?: For officers: New police officers often struggle to memorize the speed limit of every single street. So this encourages the officers to pull over speeders, for older officers is Quality of life update.
For Civilians ( those who want to follow traffic laws ): they wont need to look for speed signs to know the speed limit they can relay on the new Hud.
In general: this well make it that players wont take their eyes off the road to read a Speed sign, Or maybe a speeding car that messed the speed limit sign now knows the limit.
