Splint does damage but then heals

Type of bug: LUA

Description of the bug: When you are splinted and run around, it doesn't do any damage. It takes health and then instantly gives it back as if nothing happened.

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Get crippled
2. Splint yourself
3. ALT run around
4. Congratulations!

This is intended is it not? Designed so you take damage as you walk from the pain but when you stop walking the pain lessens?

its basically instant, i asked samuel and he said theyre supposed to do damage
