Sports

btw sports isnt something u need to sign up or pay for. u can do a million different exercises without buying equipment or even leaving your room

example something like this:
+ 30 second bridge

and like a saitama one punch man workout, but not 100 each, like 30 or 50, couple days a week

stretching is life-changing, you can literally feel like you can control your body more than before and there is more blood flowing through each stretched part.

I don't condone the Saitama workout personally, I think it's overrated. I'd much rather recommend somebody to train at least 3 times a week doing Push-Pull-Leg routine and making sure to fit in cardio by running to improve your stamina. The best feeling for me was getting off the treadmill and wobbling my way to the mat to lie down cause I barely feel my legs anymore :laughcry:
