Steam could not connect to VAC system

Reason: Steam crashed (i couldn't see friends online etc) but i was on TS3 and my internet didn't crashed indeed i was still talking there, so everything was almost frozen like yesterday with that huge lag, then the screen became black and after that there was a pop-up sayng "ERROR: Steam could not connect to VAC system" or something like that.
So i lost my house 2coca 2weed plants, again my 4 chairs and also 1 bookshelf, if you can't refound me drugs and house because you think it's user disconnect, can you at least refound my chairs and bookshelf and fix the fact that you lose them when you disconnect?

If Steam cannot connect to the VAC servers that means that someone is on your account

Maybe your steam crashed, You just needed to log on again. This happend to me my steam was off and i was crashing each 5 mins
