Suggestion Title: Storage favourites section

Add the ability to favourite items that are in your storage. Shift+E as you hover over an item with your mouse adds or removes it from your favourites.
If an item runs out that was previously favourited it will act the same way and show up at the top as usual if restocked in your storage.

I realize we have the ability to use the search function but this is more of a QOL as I'm too lazy to even type or scroll to find what I'm looking for. Having something readily accessible at the top is much better.

Why should this be added?:
-QOL making the storage easier to navigate for frequently used items.

What negatives could this have?:
-People can take out guns/other items way more quickly.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Not really a problem but a nice to have QOL that would make it way more convenient to get out items quickly without having to type anything or use your scroll wheel.

Would be good, could maybe be saved clientside (?) so that it doesn't take up any extra server space

I think this would be extremely useful - it can sometimes be quite tedious having to scroll through lots of items to find one specific. Definitely a great QOL Suggestion that I think would benefit many players.

I think this is an amazing idea that would help in all fields of gameplay! It will help officers, citizens and criminals and would overall benefit everyone on the server! Great idea Creepis.
