Stuck on Authenticating with steam

Basically it's stuck like that whenever i try to join PH. Tried restarting GMod and PC.

Dowload gmod again? Most of the times that will do.

This usually occurs when there is an issue with connecting to steam. Try going in offline mode and retrying in online mode.

Currently everyones got it when trying to connect to a server
