Why do you believe this rule should be Edited:
As the list of the rules is the most important document of the server, I think it's opportune to remove any ambiguity. The suggested edit should better clarify what's the message of the rule.

Don't see why 3.27 needs to be changed, it's a way to prevent 'sexism' as in the future there may be female staff or staff that class as whatever they may so having gender neutral pronouns just seems sensible.
