Police Suggestion Suggestion for the new website: Under performance flagging tool for trainers and command

Brief description of idea:
To have a PLPD.online system allowing trainers to start effectively flagging under performing members of the division they are trainers for.

A lot of training divisions currently use google forms for flagging instances of notable under performance. This works, it works pretty well in fact. However, its not a very tidy way of doing things and relies on 3rd party technology. I have a good feeling that the benefits of this would outweigh the effort required significantly.

What benefits would this idea have for the department:
- Cleaner, more professional and accessible method of logging under performance that requires action being taken.
- Shouldn't be too much effort at all.
What potential negatives could this have for the department:
None.

This would be extremely useful for Trainers and command. I feel by using less of Google forms etc and it being more on PLPD.online would be great. Hopefully, blueduck will implement this.

This will not be added to the new version of PLPD Online.

This is something that would require change overtime, something we aim to not do.
