[Suggestion] Rule 1.x: Streamers

What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: 1.x: Streamers
Your version of the rule:

While a community member is streaming on the server, you must conduct yourself in a way which follows the Twitch or other streaming services, Terms of Service, use common sense and read the examples which are listed below, this includes your conduct In Character and Out of Character.

It is the responsibility of the streamer to make it clear that they're streaming to other community members by utilising OOC and LOOC otherwise the member(s) may not be liable, it is recommended that streamers switch off OOC chat, hide steam and other notifications for additional safety measures.

Examples of ways you can breach this rule:

- Using racist and/or discriminatory language or acting in a way which resembles it while in the vicinity of a streamer or while in view of the streamer, this includes In Character Voice and Text Chat, Out of Character chat and other chat services.

- Promoting racist and/or discriminatory actions towards a streamer while they are streaming.

Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited:

Streaming on perp hasn't really been happening much and I think we all know the reasons behind this, which is the risk of receiving a permanent ban from Twitch or other streaming services because of people using racist and/or discriminatory language.

It isn't fair on the streamers and I believe it turns most streamers away from the server due to this language currently being allowed on the server, especially in character.

By adding this rule, this could make streaming a more popular option on the server and possibly bring more players onto the server.
