Suggestion Title: Tab menu functionality for users
Suggestion Description: Allow users to open someone's STEAM profile and copy their steamid from the tab menu instead of having to rely on it through other means e.g copying their steamid from typing status in console then going onto steamid.io to get their url.
Why should this be added?:

What negatives could this have?:
- None
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Having to go through a bunch of hoops just to do something staff members can already do quite easily but at a user's level
