Description of the bug: If an officer tases a person who tries to get in the car, it can sometimes Kill the user and Tier the car.

This has been an issue for years now.

To my knowledge this occurs because ragdolls have a decent set weight and when they become ragdolled, it essentially simulates a high speed collision to the vehicle.

As far as I can tell, the only way to actually fix this would be to either rework the taser or disable cars being able to be wrecked but I could be very wrong with this statement.

No, it happens because the player is inside the vehicle when he gets ragdolled, so the ragdoll wrecks the car
