Description of the idea: Making a Tattoo Shop with an NPC that can get you tattooed on the body/face.

Why should this be added? (pros): Because apparently a lot of people loved the idea in OOC and it just seems dope to express yourself in that way.

What negatives could this have? (cons): None

*Other additions: Players can submit (PNG) files in a new forum thread for to be added into the tattoo shop (when approved).

*Images: Currently none.

I'm not sure if this is even possible with some of the player models we have. Even if it is, I feel as though it will be extremely difficult to implement and might not even be worth the time to put into it when there are far more pressing updates (most likely) being worked on.

I feel like this is much too excessive, and although it would get used, and could make things like identifying criminals more realistic and better, the effort to make this and implement it would be much too much, and we already have customization through clothing and jewellery.

From a modelling standpoint, this would probably be a pain to implement, however, I'm not a modeller so I may be wrong.

If this didn't take an insane amount of time to do, then I think it would be a very cool addition, but that's all it is, something cool, is it worth the amount of development most likely required?

This would require an extensive amount of texture editing per skin colour just So we can look like @Duffy ’s tribal tattooed fellow specialist bar participants.
