Description of the idea: When taxes are being decreased, make them a bit faster
Why should this be added? (pros): When a mayor puts taxes to 50% they have 2 choices, be killed or lower taxes, the taxes will still be at a high for long as they fall every 1 minute, so the easier option for civilians is to kill the mayor but keep it at 25% until another mayor, this is very frustrating and even halving the timer would be alot better that having it fall every minute
What negatives could this have? (cons): I can't think of any, there would be cons as either way the taxes are going to fall back to 25% below anyway so why not speed it up?
