Suggestion Title: TeamSpeak Volume Bar and Personal Mute
Suggestion Description: A volume bar for individual users OR (easier) all TS users at once. Also the ability to selectively mute anyone you are in TS with, just on your end.

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- Should've been added years ago

What negatives could this have?:
- Developer time
- Annoying people will be muted and then they will be so sad that no one can hear them :-(

What problem would this suggestion solve?: TS being extremely loud compared to regular gameplay because of how audio is played

Why cant you ask them to adjust their input volume lol. And also I am already sure you can mute or adjust how loud
people are in teamspeak 5 but am not sure still.

However personally it is a good suggestion especially when doing practicals
