Why is the stock tesla model s so slow it only goes 95 and is their any chance that it might get a buff in the future?

When it's double upgraded it goes 110 and accelerates insanely fast the only unbalanced part of the car is that it's handling is terrible.

Not entirely sure why you're complaining about the stock speed of the Tesla. A stock speed of 95mph is enough to outrun most police cruisers as well as having the additional benefit of not needing to refuel which, in some circumstances, significantly benefits you.
Additionally, the Tesla double upgraded increases the top speed to 110mph to outrun pretty much all police vehicles and accelerates much quicker than even a few super cars. (Despite how it requires an additional $2 million to gain these benefits)

But overall the stock speed, coupled with the factor of fueling up the car removed, is something that you shouldn't worry about.

What you want is a 4 seat car, doesn't need fuel and goes as fast as some low tier supercars for cheaper. No thanks.
