Suggestion Description: I think it would be amazing if theres a system setup where if your the last person driving someones car, the ticket is sent to you...

vehcles are stolen so much or rammed out the way etc and its just stupid, people get ticketed for there car being stolen then dumped somewhere,

Why should this be added?:
- So people who have done nothing wrong dont get ticketed

What negatives could this have?:
- None that i could think of

The biggest con is that if i steal a car and dump it without being seen the police can ticket the car and find out who stole it which is pretty bad. This suggestion can be abused way to easily

There are multiple solution to this, One
Put your handbrake on when getting out to avoid it being rammed out of the way as easily.
Two, if your worried about a parking ticket after your car gets stolen you could always put a car security package on.
Three, check who has keys to your car, as sometimes its not your car getting stolen, its people taking it without your knowledge

I think the reply from Eric shows the reasons this would be a bad change if implemented.
