Why do you want your item(s) refunded: (Timed explosive / fix my car) I just was finishing my timed c4 for the first time ever and i was so happy when.... i opened up the Q menu/inventory and for some reason it dropped the BOMB and i couldn't pick it up. i started to panic and as u can see from the vid... i tried to get away. my car blew up and i lost my explosive

Hahahaha rip... ok well thats a non refundable thing as it wasnt lost due to a server crasg/bug/rule breaker. That was clearly an ic situation. You just armed it by accident. Mistakes are made get over it.
btw it wasnt a problem you just pressed left click, you should have pressed right click

First of all the evidence starts too late if it were a bug or a server side error that caused you to drop the explosive even the video wouldn't have shown it. All the items lost were lost because of inexperience and incompetence.
