Contact ea live chat (Google search -_-) and then just ask them to add it to your origin account, you cannot and will not receive a key.

Some people are not lucky like that Menta ^^. But yeah, I've also heard contacting support gives you insta access since the last 2-3 days.

Just sign up for the beta and titanfall should be in your origin library...
