Hell no, it shouldn't be that easy to transfer properties just by holding E on a player and then transferring a property to them.
You should go to bank and have an option to transfer a property you own to a player in your buddy list. The transfer shouldn't be immediate, instead the player you are transferring the property to should go to bank and speak to the NPC in order to accept the transfer. If the player is warranted, the transfer should be canceled and instead police should be informed.
Any transfer of properties to a player should have a cooldown of 5 minutes between transferring the property and the player accepting the transfer at the bank. If the player who is transferring the property is warranted, it should also not allow him to transfer the property and instead inform the police.
Though there are a lot of negatives if you can transfer a property at bank, like:
- More shootouts, restarts that are warranted will go to bank and attempt a "transfer" instead resulting a shootout. Most people are already whining about how often there are shootouts (even though they are cops).
- Holding properties hostage, most people will keep transferring properties to each other before they disconnect and never/rarely use them. Which would result in more load on staff members than there already is.
EDIT: Put some more details in your suggestions. Instead of writing a suggestion of what you just thought of while driving around as a cop, just think. Don't expect others to just fill out for you.
