so trove is a voxel mmo made by trionworlds who which have made other games. Trove does get a lot of hate from people as it can look like minecraft to other people which further indicates that trove is for "kids" in which its half and half, another reason it gets a lot of hate is due to its p2w aspects, it's heavliy based on money when youre at the end end game since not buying something for $5 can put you out of the competition or lower you in the leaderboards.
it's a great game if you like easy mmo's, the grinding is simple and they're are a lot of things to do such as speedruns through the hardest dungeons (bosses) and just chilling and farming. The community is friendly and are good at welcoming new players. The game has consistent massive updates which range from 1 - 3 months each update, and every update is jam packed.
