You can clearly see in the video, you look away for a good second and then he takes the chance of drawing he's weapon, since theres no way if not you had turned anyways you would be able to kill him so easily, so he took the chance of killing you. This exact same thing has happend for me 3 years ago where somebody looked away from me for a moment and I killed him and he's friend and they even had M4's and I only had Beretta so even there it was allowed.
