For some reason in some posts I can't add a rating, for example like 'dumb' or 'agree'.

You've probably had your rating permissions revoked somehow.

Have you checked on multiple threads to see if this works / still is the same. If not, please try looking on other threads.
Also after me taking a look at this thread: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/post-ratings-taking-likes-to-the-next-level.410/ - It seems as if you can only delete someone's current ratings / existing ratings. Unless I am wrong
