Unloading bullets from magazines

Description of the idea: Just like the title says. Being able to unload loaded bullets from a magazine

Why should this be added? (pros): It's convenient and saves ammo.

What negatives could this have? (cons): None that I can come up with TBH

*Other additions: I and I'm sure many others have a lot of useless magazines full with bullets that they cant use unless they craft a specific gun that uses those mags.

Lol I just wanted to demonstrate how many defferent mags I have compered to how many guns I have =)
