Suggestion Title: Unmarked speed boost
Suggestion Description: The unmarked charger 2012 goes 60 MPH. Not sure how slow the crown Victoria goes but doesn’t make me confident in that either.

This is not practical and it’s why most people just drive the Volkswagen and forget about the newly added under covers.

Why should this be added?:
- make them feasible to use
- expand the options
- make it possible to keep up in chases or respond to scenes before 2-3 business days are up and it’s code 4 (teasing)
- easy fix

What negatives could this have?:
- faster unmarked which makes it less balanced in some people’s eyes since it has the factor of being hidden over the marker car.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: New unmarked cars are too slow and useless compared to the Volkswagen

Honestly, the unmarks need the same upgrades marked do- the heck is a Golf GTI *slower* than the marked Dodge?

For comparison, the police GTI is apparently 3 mph slower than the civilian version, which is absurd.

The unmarked dodge goes like 50 mph. You ain’t catching nothing but a mini cooper with that :hilarious:

Unmarked cars are slower because they are designed to be tools to help police keep a low profile when investigating, not for getting into chases. Regular police cars should be used for the bulk of the work. Unmarked are specialised and from a gameplay perspective are not designed to be used all of the time, hence why they have downsides.
