Suggestion Title: Update life alert incident automatically
Suggestion Description: If someone gets revived by government employee's, it will update the life alert incident to notify of this, essentially 'resetting' the person's life alert in their pocket in a rhetorical sense.
Why should this be added?:
- QoL and informative to know that the incident is being handled
- Helps dispatch in the long scheme of things instead of having to update it manually especially on high pop
What negatives could this have?:
- I don't think there is any?
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Because they are not closed very often, this could result in them being looked at more and responded to knowing if it is still an incident to attend to
