As we all know, it could be better to have a driver license for operating a vehicle, it would add more reasons for police to pull over individuals to check if they have been drinking or smoking, if they have been drinking and is over the limit, he should be put to prison for DIU, same for cocaine, weed, meth & mushrooms.
There should be a spit or blood sample system for having to much of each drug in your system, if you have been smoking, you should wait 15-30 min before you operate a vehicle.
Make a tool / weapon that can check your breath for alcohol, drugs would needed to be in a blood test to find out.
Make it a physical object / item you have like keys, a wallet that you can show or hold up and show, plus animation when you are sitting in a vehicle to show through the left vindow, or right window if you are passenger and have to show "information"
It would add alot more roleplay into the community.
