Server Suggestion VIP Car perk?

Description of the idea:
The automatic 911 message sent from a car theft becomes a VIP exclusive Perk.

I disagree with it being a thing in its entirety, but if anything, it should be a VIP Perk. This will give more reason to buy VIP.

Basically, when a car is successfully broken into, it sends a 911 message with the cars make and number plate. In my opinion, this should be only the case for vehicles owned by VIPs.



Why should this be added? (pros):
- Another VIP Perk.
- More value for money.


What negatives could this have? (cons):
- I don't know.​

Wouldn't be a bad idea to be honest, it would probably stop police giving your car a ticket after someone wrote off your car into a wall, telling them it was stolen to get back "sHoulD of RePorTEd iT sTolEN".

Also gives people something to throw money at.

I appreciate it is a different suggestion entirely, not sure if it is what @ShadowJoey is suggesting but an entirely new option when upgrading your car e.g. $500,000 Permanent Car Security Upgrade? Just a thought I think it would be another cool thing to invest your money in. There could be more upgrades for cars too if anyone can think of any.

It can't be too cheap either. 200k like the rest of low end upgrades? This would prevent literally EVERY car from having it, and leave car security upgrades still relevant. 200k isn't that much when you think about it. Every time your car gets lockpicked, especially if it's expensive, you'll get your money's worth back if your vehicle is lockpicked 320 times since car security upgrades cost 625 at base tax.

Cars give out automatic 911 calls if they're stolen but I always thought NPCs did those since they also report warranted people like courier
