VPN issue when logging in

Hi,

I am trying to join the server but am only able to play when using cloud gaming (Nvidia Geforce). Whenever I try to join, it downloads all materials and then gets the Lua files and tells me I cannot join unless I am on a residential IP. Now, I cannot play without using this cloud gaming platform (which uses a VPN to work). Can I have my account whitelisted so this rule about VPNs doesn't affect me?

That is not possible, you need a few days playtime to be able to play on a VPN (or in your case GeForce Now), you also need a way to save your demos as if a staff member requests it, you could be punished for this.

How do I get a few days playtime if I can't play without GFN? Is there nothing I can do to fix this issue?

yeah well you can contact @Fredy if you really want but as far as I know, there is not a system in place to bypass people the requirement.
