Main Idea: Add customizable wall decals
Full description of the idea:
Add wall decals which can be placed from the Q menu onto a wall or floor which opens a configuration menu similar to when you place an item for sale. You would then have two options here.

Add wall decals which can be placed from the Q menu onto a wall or floor which opens a configuration menu similar to when you place an item for sale. You would then have two options here.
- Allow any image link e.g. Imgur (medium risk of abuse)
- Allow uploading to perpheads.com/images which is moderated by staff (low risk of abuse)

- Signs for shops and businesses
- Adverts in the street if approved by staff
- Gang graffiti
Cons:
- Abuse (however we have rules for a reason)
