Suggestion Title: Wanted check org perk.
Suggestion Description: Make Organisation perk level 30 Warrant check also give you a shout when you have dna and not only when youre warranted by police.

Why should this be added?:
- Slight buff to crim is needed and i think this seems fair as alot of the time when you have dna from shooting cops, civs etc from a raid and you have dna uploaded on you but no high enough officer has placed a warrant it can lead to confusion if you have dna on you or not.

In some cases this might also lead to less players getting punished for 3.4/ accidentally breaking it, lets say you have just done a raid at slums and killed a couple cops and a defender inside you have now left and believe youre all clear but what you dont see is a medic going in afterwards taking dna off a corpse but either doesnt tell a sgt+ to place warrant or there simply isnt any on. Now youre left to wonder if youre warranted cause youve done a check by texting the drug dealer which came back negative but you could still have dna, can you go to a public place or do you have to remain inside your base hiding or risk walking up to an officer and ask just to get thrown in Jail.

Final thing, this would also just be more realistic tbh as youre bribing some dude to infiltrate the Police computers and get information on YOUR name its only natural that dna would come up aswell as a warrant.

What negatives could this have?:
- Criminal buff i know you hate those. viva la PLPD

On a real note it could be an issue that if you do have DNA and it is a self defence remark you now think you have DNA for murder and can shoot cops obviously this would have to be fixed so that it shows the remark set on the Dna should there be any

What problem would this suggestion solve?: I stated this above in why it should be added tbh

yeah +1 pls this is the only "mid level" perk that actually does anything but its bad because you see you're not warranted and then 2 mins later you're surrounded by 20 cop cars because you're "wanted for questioning" and all that means is they didnt have anyone high enough rank to place warrants

Yeah that happens all the time

"Slight buff to crim"

100% knowledge of when you can / can't kos cops

ok pal...
Isnt that just a good thing though or what am i missing ? I mean even if you know you can kill cops within the rules you are not supposed to actively seek out pvp fights with PD this would just mean that no accidents happen with 3.4 breaks.

Its the same way right now, even if you check warrant thing and you ARE wanted that doesnt mean u can just go out on the street and start lighting cops up Xd

what do you mean "can / can't" there's been multiple times where I left the scene after killing police and they somehow didn't get my dna, which there wasnt a way for me to know and later on I killed police assuming Im wanted when I wasnt, its also allowed (especially if im not in a org that is lvl 30)
this change would prevent that

I disagree with this idea, whilst yes you can see if you're wanted or not with the perk as it is, it's obvious that there is going to be DNA on you which is likely uploaded in most cases where a medic is involved and you should take the measures to prevent that if that is something you don't want to deal with by not committing the crime or using a Molotov. Keeping the element of surprise and risk is what keeps you on your toes, this will remove that and it simply doesn't need to be streamlined any further as it currently is. Also I don't see what the point is in having intel that DNA is on you in the police computer when you can see if you're actually wanted or not, it's not really useful information in the long run until a warrant is put out for your arrest.
