Suggestion Title: Dna lab + nerf/add feauture to dna sampling tool
Suggestion Description: So, whenever you take dna with the dna sampling tool, you have to go to the hospitals lab which will be situated on another floor in the hospital. This could also add a new job, scientist in which you have to take the sample and put it in a specific place and wait for it to generate the suspect, then have to upload it to the police data base. If there are no scientists on, make that whole process on its own. Lets say like in 5 minutes the dna is uploaded.

Why should this be added?:
- it would add a more realistic dna feauture
- create a new job
- give criminals a longer duration to hide/flee.

What negatives could this have?:
- power could be abused as a scientist.
- could take a lot for some criminals to catch

I think this only works when every officer gets an dna scanner and can directly upload it to the 'scientist'. Also what happens when there is no scientist on duty? Will the evidence just be uploaded then? I personally dont think this will be an advantage to perpheads.
