Why should this appeal be considered?: I was not being fired at and all the suspects were away from my location, i was trying to detain and remove him from the situation and he decided to break 3.4, and this appeal should be considered because when i confiscated the weapon i was not in danger or being fired upon or with criminals close to me.

You should still not have confiscated the weapon as you were able to continue watching over the firearm as seen in your clip, and you were being shot at as seen with Dave being killed right in front of you.

As will be seen in the screenshots below, you died moments later when you pushed out of Veikko towards the carwash.
