Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to follow orders under gunpoint from a LEO in a car, and instead of following them, decided to run over the LEO and drive away.
Why should this appeal be considered?: If you look at my pov you can see that when he said i had to put up my hands i could not see him and somtimes when officers tell yuo to put up your hands they are not accutaly out of the car or have thiere gun out. idk what as the case here but when i look at him i can see that he dose not have a gun at me and when he stops and hs a gun at me i am all ready going at a speed and is close enough to him so that i can run him oover and escape. And the time from when he had the gun pointed at me if i would have stopped the car he would have been ran over anyway. The other officer also first pulled out his gun when i had ran him over
Additional Information: I know this is one is very hard to see and understand what is going on in such a littel time. I have given my toughts on the situation and i also told rado that i accept the warning if it is what you guys also conclude. I just want a second opnion on the report and this time i also showed my pov
