Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint and pulled his weapon out instead.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I didn't hear any commands giving by him because he was on whisper.

Re-opening this dispute as it was being discussed and commented on prior to request for closure and is being considered with administration.​

After being discussed, it's pretty clear there was a difference in POVs (Ping, whatnot) and from your POV; we agree that you were already pulling out your gun when Sylvester comes into frame, we have decided this does not violate 3.4.

Although we are deciding to accept this because it was very fast paced and you were already pulling your gun out, please take this time to keybind pulling out your weapon instead of using your scrollwheel, this will prevent situations like this from happening again.

What I will also mention in defense of Headline and others who reviewed the initial report and punishment, this was a very close situation that if you don't squint and go frame by frame, it does seem to be 3.4.
